This is a focused class, open to Incognito SD members & non-members.
Doors close at 7:15 for orientation before the class begins
Mr. McCoy will instruct us in various elements of impact with technical demonstrations.
Light snacks and drinks provided.
Implements will be lended out during practice, but feel free to bring your own impact toys!
