Located in Vista, CA in North County San Diego, our discreet venue features thoughtfully designed spaces—each with its own distinct theme—to match every mood, fantasy, and experience. The property features an exquisite 2,900-square-foot mid-century house that perfectly blends comfort with a unique atmosphere for BDSM, kink, and D/s play. The spaces draw on inspiration of the property— inspired by the iconic styles of the 1970s with a fusion of elegant modernism.

Who We Are

Mr. McCoy

With nearly two decades of experience in BDSM, Mr. McCoy (formerly known as the Flogfather) has become a respected figure in the kink community. Mentored by the esteemed Guru Orpheus Black, he has mastered flogging, fire play, and the art of rope and shibari, while also emphasizing the ethics of being a responsible dominant.

Starting his journey in the dynamic LA kink and swinger scene, Mr. McCoy relocated to San Diego eight years ago, where he co-founded Club Incognito with his partner and babygirl, Pepper. This exclusive members-only kink club in North County San Diego features a rentable dungeon, an outdoor patio for rope socials and kinky yoga, and offers photography sessions to capture the essence of kink.

Mr. McCoy  is dedicated to fostering a supportive community, inspiring others through his passion for ethical BDSM practices and a commitment to safe exploration.

  • IncognitoSD is located in a private neighborhood in Vista, CA. Once you purchase a ticket to an event or book a rental option, the address will be provided to you via email.

  • We are not open to the public and therefore do not maintain set hours of operation. We aim to reply to messages within 24 hours.

  • Refer to the CDC STI Testing Guidelines and Recommendations and Section 8 of our Community Rules.

  • Yes! We host multiple educational events every month that are open to non-members but tickets are available at a discounted rate to registered members. We also host annual play parties that require vetting but are also open to members and non-members, as well as occasional community events that are also open to the public.

  • Most of the featured photos were shot by local photographers Mike Saavedra and Kaizer Kingsley. We do use stock photography in some of parts of our website and design work but specifically limit or exclude AI images to support and promote human artists.
